This CMHA / BC Housing project provides much needed housing in the community, with two buildings of affordable rental housing and a third building providing supportive housing complete with on-site meal services. The location is in a level area of Salmon Arm, close to parks, shopping and other amenities and services. The contemporary building design and open spaces on site complement the existing medium density residential neighbourhood.
